Our Managing Director led the corporate division of Inter&co's insurtech, being responsible for the Risk Management and HR Consulting programs of the Conedi Family Office portfolio.
Approximately R$ 25 billion in assets allocated across various sectors of the economy: Infrastructure, Construction, Financial Institutions, Real Estate, Food, Technology, Media, Communication, Logistics, and Sports.
Also implemented the Quality of Life Program for Inter&co, recognized by LinkedIn in 2023 as the most admired company in Brazil for Employer Branding and one of the top 200 fintechs in the world.
Southern Cross Group
Private Equity
Since 2016, our board members have been supporting the Latin American Private Equity Fund Southern Cross Group in its Risk Management and HR Consulting strategies.
In partnership with renowned brokers such as One Global Broking, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Marsh McLennan Company, numerous Due Diligence projects were undertaken on Property, Cargo, Trade Credit, Surety, Liabilities and Cyber securities policies.
Structured HR Consulting programs were also conducted across the companies invested by the fund in the region.
